The Role
You’ll join one of the most respected Real Estate practices in the market, working on high value, high profile transactions across the full spectrum of commercial property. Expect exposure to:
- Major investment, development and asset management matters
- Multi million transactions for national and international investors
- Both traditional asset classes and fast growing alternative sectors such as student accommodation, hotels, leisure and build to rent

Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will:
- Have trained in a recognised real estate team at a major or mid sized firm
- Bring 1-5 years’ post qualification experience in commercial property

- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Have a solid academic background
- Show commitment to business development and client relationship building
- Be organised, proactive and comfortable managing deadlines
