The Role: Oversee the management of the company’s quality management framework to ensure alignment with ISO 9001. Regularly review quality data and performance indicators to identify improvements and support decision‑making. Carry out detailed assessments and tests on raw materials, production equipment, operations, and final products. Partner with Production teams to introduce and maintain effective process controls while supporting operational improvements. Confirm that all production activities and outputs meet applicable safety standards and regulatory obligations. Lead systematic investigations when product or process issues arise, ensuring thorough analysis using recognised problem‑solving techniques. Develop and apply corrective and preventive measures to eliminate root causes and stop issues from recurring. Evaluate engineering documents, specifications, and production procedures. Conduct internal audits across manufacturing.
What we are looking for:
- Background in Quality, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
- A minimum of two years working in a quality‑focused role such as quality engineering or quality assurance.
- Familiarity with quality management tools, digital QA systems, and standard quality processes.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues, investigate root causes, and recommend effective solutions.
- Confident communicator with solid interpersonal skills, able to collaborate across different teams and departments.
