I’m currently supporting an organisation that’s expanding its technical support function and is looking to bring in an IT & Dental Systems Support Technician to support users across a range of systems and technologies. If you enjoy troubleshooting, working closely with customers, and want a hands‑on role with real responsibility, this is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive, fast‑moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers and internal users via phone, remote access, and on‑site assistance.
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues, escalating where necessary.
- Set up, configure, and test hardware and IT equipment prior to deployment.
- Deliver general IT and digital systems support to internal teams.
- Manage support cases from initial enquiry through to resolution and follow‑up.
- Promote appropriate service and support agreements to customers.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of supported systems and technologies.
- Build positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
- Use remote support tools to securely access systems and apply fixes.
- Support software installations, updates, and system configuration.
- Log and manage all support requests accurately within the ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues and provide updates to the Technical Support Manager.
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement.

- Experience with CADCAM software and equipment, preferably including exocad, 3shape and Millbox, strong IT and network skills.
- Strong general IT knowledge, including hardware, software, and basic networking.
