A leading Real Estate Finance team is seeking a talented Associate to join its Bristol office. The successful candidate will work on complex, innovative cross border transactions for major banks, funds, corporates and asset managers, gaining exposure to sophisticated financing structures across key sectors.
This role offers early responsibility, a supportive and collaborative team culture, and the opportunity to develop strong commercial and client facing skills. The team embraces modern working practices and technology, with a strong focus on wellbeing and flexibility.
The ideal candidate will have over 3 years’ PQE with strong Real Estate Finance experience. Commercial awareness, strong client focus and a proactive approach to business development are essential. Candidates should be collaborative, ambitious and keen to contribute to a diverse, forward thinking team.
