A respected regional firm is seeking a Dispute Resolution Solicitor with 5+ years’ post-qualification experience to join its well-established Dispute Resolution team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in a collaborative environment, working on complex property and civil litigation matters with a strong focus on quality advice and client service.
The Role
- Property and landlord/tenant disputes
- Commercial disputes
- Professional negligence claims
- Intellectual property and trademark matters
- Boundary disputes with neighbours
- Contested wills and estates
- Advising clients in urgent situations, including obtaining injunctions
- Supporting business development through networking and marketing activities
- Maintaining high professional standards and compliance with SRA requirements, Law Society protocols, and the LEXCEL quality mark
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years PQE in dispute resolution and civil litigation
- Strong grounding in all aspects of dispute resolution, with property/landlord & tenant experience advantageous
- Excellent drafting, research, and advocacy skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confidence in managing complex matters independently while supporting colleagues
- Motivation, organisation, and a proactive mindset
- Effective use of IT and case management systems
- Commitment to professional development, risk management, and compliance
