Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded Legal 500 firm with an outstanding reputation in the region. This firm has a strong and expanding residential property offering, acting for a broad mix of clients and handling a wide range of transactions.
You’ll manage your own varied caseload from instruction through to completion, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re mortgages, transfers of equity, new build matters and shared ownership work. You’ll also take the lead on more complex and high value transactions, delivering exceptional client service and building strong relationships with agents, lenders and other key stakeholders.
You’ll be joining a friendly, ambitious team where your contribution will be genuinely valued. Working closely with the Head of Department, you’ll play an important role in shaping the continued development of the practice to include supporting junior colleagues and getting involved in marketing and business development initiatives.
