Litigation Solicitor (3+ PQE) – Bournemouth

A Legal 500 ranked firm with a strong national reputation is looking for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join its respected Litigation & Recoveries team. This is a great opportunity to work with major finance houses, banks, lenders and commercial clients on high profile defended litigation and asset recovery matters.

The Role

  • Manage your own caseload of defended litigation matters from pre issue to enforcement.
  • Act on behalf of lenders and commercial clients in debt and asset recovery.
  • Draft pleadings, evidence and court documents.
  • Advise on strategy, risk and commercial outcomes.
  • Support client reporting and respond to new enquiries.
  • Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to business development.

About You

  • Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE in litigation.
  • Strong background in Consumer Credit Asset Finance and defended litigation matters.
  • Confident managing files independently and communicating with clients.
