Chadwick Nott are delighted to be assisting an award-winning firm who are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Associate Solicitor or Partner to spearhead the development of their corporate team in their new Bournemouth.
With support from the established offices nearby, this is a unique opportunity to contribute to one of the South Coast’s leading corporate law practices, known for its award-winning team and client-focused approach.
Your Responsibilities
In this pivotal role, you will
- Lead the development of the corporate practice at the Bournemouth office.
- Focus on transactional corporate work, including acquisitions, often within PE-backed buy-and-build strategies, and handling disposals.
- Advise on corporate matters such as shareholder agreements, share options, restructurings, and governance frameworks.
- Manage your caseload while collaborating with colleagues on complex projects.
- Coordinate due diligence efforts with input from other specialist teams.
- Provide high-quality legal advice to a diverse client base
- Drive business development and marketing initiatives to grow the practice.
