National law firm have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Solicitor (Associate level) with ideally 4-8 years’ PQE to join their award-winning Catastrophic Injury Team.

The Role
- Manage a caseload of high-value multi-track claims
- Assist Partners on catastrophic injury cases (brain, spinal cord, amputation)
- Attend clients in hospitals and homes
- Deliver exceptional client care and maintain meticulous file management
- Build and nurture relationships with referrers, experts, and counsel
- Engage in business development and support the firm’s charity partners
Requirements
- Ideally 4+ years PQE in serious injury within a recognised team
- Proven experience handling catastrophic injury claims
- Strong understanding of the Rehabilitation Code and Serious Injury Guide
- Experience supervising junior fee earners is desired but not essential
- Exceptional client care skills are essential
- Excellent communicator able to demonstrate strong developing relationships with both clients and colleagues
