Role Description - What you will be doing
- Planned and reactive maintenance work to maximise OEE, reduce downtime and improve machinery performance
- Communicating effectively with wider engineering team, production and other key stakeholders
- Adhering to Health & Safety on site at all times
- Ensure the highest H&S standards and safe working practices are carried out
- Spot opportunities for process improvements and work with team to implement those
- Maintenance on Mixers, Valves, Reactors and other Mechanical Equipment
- Improvement Projects
Skills and Qualifications required:
- Time-Served Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineering Experience
- Food/FMCG/Packaging Industrial Engineering Backgrounds desired
- Electrical Qualification needed
- Motivated to work in a team environment and continue to develop as an engineer
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to train & take on internal training opportunities
