Associate Solicitor – Real Estate – Bristol – 3-5 Years PQE
Location: Bristol

Salary: £85,000 to £95,000 (depending on PQE and experience)
A highly respected national law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 3-5 years’ post qualification experience to join its award winning Real Estate team in Bristol. The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing a varied and high value caseload of commercial real estate matters, including:
- Acquisitions, disposals, and asset management
- Landlord and Tenant matters
- Development and regeneration projects
- Advising on complex transactional and advisory real estate issues
- Leading on client relationships and supporting business development
- Working closely with partners and senior lawyers on major projects
- Maintaining high professional standards and compliance
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:
- 3-5 years PQE in commercial real estate
- Strong technical knowledge and drafting ability
- Confidence managing files independently and supervising junior team members
- Excellent communication and client facing skills
- A proactive, organised, and commercially minded approach
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- SRA or Law Society of Scotland registration
