Role Overview
- Electrical & mechanical PPM, reactive and breakdown maintenance
- Working as part of a skilled, friendly engineering team
- Reporting into an experienced Maintenance Manager
- Maintaining fast-moving, high-volume industrial production equipment
- Involvement in CI/Kaizen projects and cross-functional improvements
- Supporting machinery upgrades, installations, and site improvements

Skills & Experience
- Time-served apprenticeship (electrical)
- Strong background in heavy industry, plastics, chemicals, FMCG, or similar environments
- Confident fault-finding across electrical and mechanical systems
- Knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and CI tools (Kaizen, Six Sigma, 5S)
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, sometimes messy, fast-paced environment
