Shift Pattern:
Panama Shifts - Days and Nights (12 hours) (3s & 2s) (2 weeks Days then 2 weeks Nights)
Key Responsibilities of Maintenance Engineer:
- Deliver hands-on engineering support to keep production running smoothly
- Perform both reactive and planned maintenance
- Use CMMS system to record and track maintenance activities
- Work closely with production to meet performance goals
- Follow safety and repair best practices at all times
- Contribute to continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives
- Be part of a collaborative, supportive engineering team with a strong culture of teamwork
What We’re Looking For:
- Time-served or apprenticeship-trained engineer
- Relevant engineering qualifications (NVQ Level 3 and BTEC, ONC/HNC preferred)
- Strong electrical skillset
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- A positive, proactive mindset and a team player
- Eagerness to grow, learn, and contribute to a forward-thinking engineering department
