Ideally seeking electrically biased, Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers to support the engineering team. Key responsibilities

  • Deliver hands-on engineering to support the logistics system running smoothly
  • Perform both reactive and planned maintenance on plant and equipment
  • Keep maintenance records up to date using CMMS system
  • Follow safety and repair best practices at all times
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives

Requirements

  • Ideally fully apprenticeship trained with Level 3 engineering qualifications
  • Good level of electrical & mechanical knowledge from a manufacturing or distribution environment
  • Working knowledge of PLC control systems, desirably Siemens S7
  • Experience of automated materials handling systems would also be an advantage but not essential
  • Ok to work at heights when needed (via harnesses and full training etc)
