Role Overview

The Graphic Designer & Video Editor, EMEA is responsible for creating visually compelling designs and editing video content that support marketing campaigns, product launches, digital initiatives, and corporate communications across the EMEA region. This role combines creative design expertise, video editing skills, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with local markets. The designer works closely with the EMEA regional marketing team, translating marketing objectives into impactful visual and video content for both digital and print channels, while enabling easy localization for country teams through well-structured content and templates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create Region-Specific Visual & Video Content: Design high-quality graphics and visual assets tailored for EMEA markets, including digital, print, and social media channels. Edit and adapt video content for campaigns, product launches, social media, and websites. Adapt global creative and video materials to meet regional and country-specific needs, ensuring relevance, technical accuracy, and engagement.
  • Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all materials adhere to brand identity, visual standards, and technical accuracy. Maintain a consistent visual style and video tone across all regional marketing initiatives. Act as a brand guardian for EMEA marketing visuals and video content, reviewing and approving country adaptations where required.
  • Campaign Design & Video Editing Support: Collaborate with the EMEA regional marketing team to develop creative assets that support marketing campaigns and product launches. Translate campaign concepts and messaging into eye-catching designs and edited videos. Create content and templates structured for efficient localization and translation, enabling country teams to adapt materials quickly and consistently. Support digital and offline campaigns with visuals and videos optimized for websites, emails, social media, and print materials.
  • Template Design for Easy Localization: Create modular, reusable templates for key content types (brochures, datasheets, presentations, social assets, video overlays) to enable easy localization by country teams. Ensure templates are structured, flexible, and aligned with brand guidelines. Work with external creative agencies or video vendors when needed to supplement in-house capacity. Provide clear design and video editing briefs, review deliverables, and ensure output meets brand and quality standards. Stay updated on design, video editing, and digital marketing trends. Suggest innovative visual and video approaches to enhance marketing presence and engagement. Contribute to content libraries, reusable templates, and video assets to improve efficiency across EMEA teams.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–5 years’ experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably in B2B or industrial technology sectors.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, print, and video editing skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent video/design tools.
  • Experience designing and editing content for web, social media, email campaigns, print, and video channels.
  • Familiarity with digital asset management systems (ContentHub or similar) is a plus.
  • Experience working in matrixed organizations and collaborating across multiple countries.
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to translate complex technical content into clear visual and video content.
