3 days in Crick office / 2 days from home. The role of the Trade Marketing Manager is to build and execute the Marketing Strategy for Wholesalers, Distributors and Electricians with push and pull activity to drive sales through our channel and to animate the WAGO offers to Electricians. We are looking for solid end to end campaign delivery experience.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing the marketing strategy for Distributors, Wholesalers and Electricians of the WAGO portfolio for each customer type, both online and offline.
- Data acquisition of Electricians.
- Animation of the WAGO proposition to Electricians.
- Growing and measuring WAGO brand strength with Electricians.
- Growing width of wallet with Wholesalers and Distributors through data analytics and targeted promotional campaigns.
- Working with, directing and supporting the Virtual Inside Sales Team & Key Account Managers with promotional strategies, collateral to sell in and sell out identified WAGO offers.
- Owning and building a marketing calendar of sell in and sell out activity for distributors.
- Managing, building and deploying co-op marketing activities with key partners.
- Identifying, businesses planning and deploying new tools to assist our distributors in selling out WAGO products for example co-op branding tools.
- Building, executing and managing the WAGO Point of Sale strategy for all distributor types.
- Mapping coverage gaps in our network and building marketing actions to fill those gaps.
- Undertaking market research.
- Own and develop CRM data for targeted campaigns.
- A wide variety of ad hoc projects.
- Distributor and Wholesaler push and pull marketing plan.
- Electrician animation plan.
- Coverage growth.

- Marcomms and Product Manager teams.
- Sales team.
- Director of Digital and Marketing.
- External Stakeholders i.e. customers, agency partners.
