Lead and manage all paid digital channels including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
What the job involves:
- Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns focused on acquiring new pet insurance customers (B2C).
- Develop and implement ongoing paid media strategies to improve acquisition cost, conversion rate, and ROI.
- Own Google Ads performance, with deep experience in: Search Campaigns, Performance Max Campaigns and YouTube / Demand Gen Campaigns.
- Leverage Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for attribution reporting, data-driven insights, and audience segmentation.
- Build and maintain audiences across platforms for effective retargeting, nurturing, and cross-sell campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, producing clear, actionable reports and recommendations.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and CRM teams to align messaging and ensure full-funnel performance.
- Test and experiment with new platforms, ad formats, and bidding strategies to drive growth.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
Who you are:
- Minimum 5–6 years’ hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns.
- Proven success in Google Ads account management, particularly Search, Performance Max, and YouTube/Demand Gen.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Advanced skills in Google Analytics 4 — especially for attribution, audience creation, and performance reporting.
- Experience running lead generation and nurturing campaigns, ideally within competitive B2C markets.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Highly data-driven, detail-oriented, and performance-focused.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of channel performance and strategy.
