What will you be doing?
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team, driving client acquisition and expanding market share.
- Set and execute sales strategy, ensuring alignment with Wagestream’s mission and business goals.
- Monitor performance, provide insights, and refine approaches based on market trends.
- Implement effective tracking/reporting for sales effectiveness and partner reporting.

- SaaS Enterprise Sales Expertise – Proven success in B2B SaaS sales & solution selling.
- Experience with Longer Sales Cycles – Comfortable navigating 6+ month deal cycles.
- Leadership & Team Building – Strong background in developing, mentoring, and scaling sales teams.
- Strategic Thinking & Board-Level Influence – Ability to shape sales strategy and engage senior decision-makers.
- Strong Network – Established FTSE 350 contacts and relationships.
- Results-Driven – Demonstrated ability to overcome sales hurdles and exceed targets.

– Internal lingo and tech stacks – they all differ by company and we don\’t need you to have used ours – just be ready to learn!
Working Policy: Three office days per week.
