The Opportunity: After securing a £300m debt financing facility with Citi, we’re seeking an experienced consumer Credit Risk Analyst to play a pivotal role in one of the fastest growing scale‑ups in Europe. As part of this role, you will create products unseen in the marketplace, helping to accelerate our lending strategy, seeing it through to a billion pound portfolio.

What will you be doing?

  • Define and optimise the credit strategy for our evolving lending portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Discover insights from data and formulate strategies to answer the big questions and address key business questions.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement your strategies in the market effectively.
  • Monitor and assess the success of implemented strategies, and continuously identify further opportunities for enhancement.
  • Formulate strategies to improve our affordability policy and ensure the delivery of positive customer outcomes.

What experience might you have?

  • Able to structure complex problems into manageable frameworks.
  • Ability to turn mountains of data into insights and solutions.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools like Excel and SQL (Python is welcome).
  • Experience in a fast‑pace analytical environment (consumer‑lending environment, ideally with credit cards or unsecured loans, experience is preferred).
  • Inquisitive and truth‑seeking attitude, with an inclination to challenge the status quo.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a cross‑functional environment.

Working Policy: 3 days per week in the London hub.

Salary: Dependent on experience, salary ranging from £60,000 to 100,000 & stocks.
