We’re looking for an office assistant to join us on our journey. Ready to dive in and stir things up?

What we need:

  • An office assistant to support reception and handle any office duties.
  • This will require strong organisational and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Managing a busy workload involving helping with the day-to-day running of a busy office as well as ad-hoc administrative duties.

Key accountabilities:

  • Coordinate arranging and accepting couriers and deliveries effectively.
  • Actively manage the room booking process to ensure a speedy transition between meetings.
  • Ensure all meeting rooms are well-stocked and tidy.
  • Supply each floor with milk and fruits as soon as they arrive in the mornings.
  • Ensure that the reception area and communal office areas are a tidy, calm and welcoming environment.
  • Ensure in between meetings that the boardroom is tidy and clean and stocked with refreshments.
  • Act as fire marshal or first aider, undertaking the necessary training with enthusiasm and commitment.
  • Open and distribute post to departments, arrange for outgoing post to be franked.
  • Ensure the coffee machines in the basement and on the 5th floor, the boardrooms and reception are cleaned and well maintained.
  • Check stock levels of tea, coffee etc in the communal areas and the boardrooms, topping up where needed and reporting any need for additional supplies.
  • Assisting the office manager and head receptionist with ad hoc tasks as required.
  • Covering reception for breaks and as needed.
