We’re looking for a facilities manager to cover our North region. Ready to dive in and stir things up?
Purpose: To manage facilities & maintenance issues in the North region and support the operations team on related issues.
What you’ll be doing:
- Ownership & management of key maintenance/trade impacting issues.
- Co-ordination of planned & statutory maintenance tasks.
- Working with external maintenance helpdesk + monitoring helpdesk performance.
- Adapting to the changing needs of the business for both dine-in and delivery.
- Contractor management, including coordinating review meetings, measuring contractor performance against key KPIs, and working with contractor base to identify areas for improvement & development.
- Building relationships with the operations team, attending operation and area meetings to review maintenance processes.
- Visiting & surveying restaurants in the regions.
- Building a strong knowledge of all sites within the region.
- Scoping specific maintenance projects and ensuring best price is obtained.
- Cost management, managing regional maintenance budget + weekly reporting to operations team on maintenance job numbers & spend.
