We’re looking for a Property Administrator to join us. Ready to dive in and stir things up?
Purpose: The Property Administrator will provide efficient and accurate administrative duties, assisting the property senior leadership team across all the property functions of estates, construction, acquisitions, and facilities.
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide proactive, efficient, and effective property administration support to the heads of departments as required.
- Input information into and keep up to date databases and trackers that the property team use.
- Invoice management including processing invoices using the internal finance system and assisting with day-to-day invoice queries from finance and external parties.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Coordinate property access/inspections for landlords, external consultants, contractors, and project managers.
- Manage empty property contracts including arranging access requests, approving invoices, and reading and actioning weekly property reports.
- Oversee the property PO/CPN system working with finance and external suppliers to ensure it is fully functional and aligned with internal policies.
- Issue property change forms.
- Provide general administration support for all projects across the team including new restaurant openings and refurbishments.
- Prepare and distribute agendas and minutes for periodic property meetings.
- Coordinate the signing process for legal documents.
- Respond to all property information requests which will include requests for lease details, drawings, and project timelines.
Key Skills + Role Requirements:
- Previous experience working within property management.
- Ability to work without supervision in a confident manner to support the heads of departments and the wider property team.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Must be proactive and able to use own initiative and possess a flexible attitude to the workload.
- Excellent at Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
