12 month FTC | London | Hybrid 3 days a week. At Wagamama, food is life and we’re here to make every bite count. We’re looking for a graphic designer to join us for a 12 month fixed term contract. Ready to dive in and stir things up?

Purpose: Join our brand team as a senior designer on a maternity cover basis. Reporting into the creative director, you’ll lead standout design across menus, campaigns and digital — helping push the brand forward at every touchpoint. Fast-paced, detail-driven, and creatively led, this role is all about delivering bold, on-brand work that makes an impact.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead design across menus, campaigns and digital (CRM, social, OOH, in-restaurant screens).
  • Ideate and come up with concepts for design routes alongside the art direction team.
  • Own and evolve menu design across all formats.
  • Support and guide design team.
  • Champion brand consistency while pushing it forward.
  • Collaborate across marketing, ops and international teams.
  • Manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
  • Prepare artwork for print and digital, working with suppliers.
  • Keep assets organised and accessible.
  • Proof and review work with precision.
