The role as a junior sous chef involves being a growing leader who cares passionately about creating a positive place for our guests and our teams. You will be a true expert in food quality and standards, with exceptional food knowledge, using this to lead, engage and inspire the team around you.
If you are passionate about supporting your team, helping others be the best they can be, and maintaining high standards, you will be ready to manage the line, planning shifts to ensure we have the right cover, and love working with the team, coaching on the go.
You should have an understanding of your kitchen's food, health and safety standards, and the financial performance of a kitchen including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs. We love to celebrate success with our team, recognising what drives individuals and their needs.
