what we need |
an experienced communications leader, who is passionate about engaging with audiences to lead + shape our internal communication strategy, ensuring that communications within wagamama flow effectively, align to the 3-year plan and contribute to a positive and informed workplace culture
you will communicate strategic initiatives, changes and goals clearly and consistently, whilst partnering closely with executive leadership, operations, the people team, and department heads, to ensure timely and transparent messaging across all levels of the organisation
what you’ll do |
- set + develop + lead the internal communications strategy
- drive internal communication initiatives to engage team members at all levels
- produce high quality + engaging content across various platforms
- craft compelling executive communications including company wide announcements + major initiatives
- manage internal communication channels + tailor messaging for diverse audiences across multiple platforms
- support change management through thoughtful, empathetic + dynamic communication planning
- ensure internal messages are consistent with brand tone of voice
- storytelling expertise with a talent of crafting compelling content
- support planning of any events + internal celebrations

- proven track record of developing + leading + implementing a communication strategy
- exceptional written + verbal communication skills
- strong organisational skills, with the ability to co-ordinate and support various initiatives and workstreams
- experience of delivering change communication in a complex organisation at pace
