As a general manager, you’ll inspire your team to go the extra mile for our guests, keeping expectations and standards high. You will be continuously coaching and developing your team to be the best they can be whilst driving your restaurant performance and delivering amazing results.
Responsibilities:
- Prioritise cultivating a positive and inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation.
- Your ability to influence and empower emerging leaders shines through as you provide brilliant training, coaching, and mentorship.
- Dedicated to excellence in guest experience, you ensure that every interaction reflects exceptional service, whether through your own efforts or by equipping your team with the necessary skills and mindset.
- Strong financial acumen encompassing budgeting, inventory management, labour management, and strategic marketing. You meticulously analyse data to drive key business decisions and embody a culture of continuous improvement.
