what we need |
to support + enable all restaurants to consistently deliver all aspects of their oor business to the required standards. to improve skills + capability of gm’s + hc’s being able to interpret and interrogate all oor data + reports so they are able to focus on the right areas of their business to improve their oor operation and improve their kpi’s
what you’ll do |
- to be the ops expert in all aspects of delivery + oor to drive knowledge | capability | awareness of performance + opportunities for growth
- delivery of brilliant food + service through all aspects of oor + delivery to our guests | supporting ops in addressing underperformance + capability in this key area
- to attend area + regional meetings when required to review performance and agree priority areas to work on with the ops teams
- to deliver training as needed to ensure skills and knowledge of all things oor are at the required levels to support consistently high standards in all sites
- to support the delivery + oor manager in driving perfect performance of the oor operation in all regions
- reporting on performance to your sites to be frequent so ops groups can keep the key kpi’s a constant focus
- to work with the director of delivery operations to improve systems, operations and reporting to enable us to deliver + grow oor
- aware of competitor oor performance to ensure we are performing ahead of the competition
- implements the wagamama oor strategy in a consistent way across their area ensuring our high standards are delivered in all sites
- trouble shooter for any sites who are underperforming to facilitate agreement of the right ways to improve their operation in the areas needed
- to be a key part of the delivery of oor + delivery training to the ops team | ensuring they are clear, understood and supporting the delivery of best practise at all times
- set up and training of oor + delivery systems and stations in all new openings | full restaurants and delivery kitchens
- to work with noodle hq and operational teams to ensure that plans are in place to always exceed customers’ expectations
- distribution of weekly operational kpis to support overall commercial and business kpi reporting / trading review with actionable operational insight.
- support performance managing the tail of sites to improve out of restaurant operations kpi’s.
