The role as a junior front of house manager, you’ll be a growing leader who cares passionately about creating a positive place for our guests and our teams. You will support in continuous coaching and developing your team to be the best they can be, owning your shifts to drive individual and restaurant performance.

If you are passionate about supporting your team and helping others be the best they can be and maintaining high standards, are ready to run shifts, planning shifts to make sure we have the right cover and love working with the team, coaching on the go, have an understanding of managing labour and rotas and are ready to learn about the financial performance of your restaurant, are great at recognising great performance on shift and celebrate this with your team, we’d love to hear from you.
