We’re looking for a designate senior sous chef who’s ready to step up and make an impact. Someone who leads by example, stays sharp during busy shifts and supports the kitchen team to deliver great food every time. You’ll be confident running service, keeping standards high and helping create a positive, high performing kitchen culture. You’ll work across a few nearby kitchens, stepping in where you’re needed most, getting to know different teams, building experience in different environments and developing the skills and confidence to grow.
