The role
As a head chef you’ll inspire your team to go the extra mile for our guests, keeping expectations and standards high. You will be continuously coaching and developing your team to be the best they can be, whilst driving performance and delivering amazing results.

- Are experienced in ensuring your kitchen’s food, health and safety standards are spotless, and in understanding the financial performance of a kitchen, including gross profit, stock control and labour costs, spotting opportunities and acting proactively.
