As Assistant General Manager, you’ll bring the calm in the chaos, the rhythm to the rush, and the support your team needs to thrive.
What you’ll be doing:
- Working shoulder-to-shoulder with your General Manager to run a vibrant, high-performing restaurant.
- Helping your team feel seen, supported, and proud of what they do.
- Jumping into service, solving problems fast, and keeping energy high.
- Coaching your team to grow, not just hit targets.
- Thinking with a Kaizen mindset - constantly spotting the little ways we can do things better, then making them happen.
