What do we need?

The successful person will work with a strategist to create sustainable roadmaps for our clients’ campaigns, assess success and failure and feedback results to your clients. With the ability to always think innovatively and be flexible enough to take the client on a different journey, as required, in order to maximise their investment. Ideally, you will have had a minimum of two years working in a digital marketing environment and in a similar role and have experience of managing multiple accounts, prioritising and co-ordinating all related stakeholders is essential.

You’ll be:

  • Experienced and knowledgeable in account management and tactics behind digital marketing.
  • Resilient enough to challenge clients and have difficult conversations, when not everything goes well.
  • Analytical to assess success or failure of campaigns.
  • A team player.
  • Keen to learn new skills. Every day will be a learning day!
  • Willing to share your knowledge and expertise with the rest of the team.
  • Someone who embraces success and failure equally – there’s no room for egos.

You’ll have:

  • Strong communication skills, whether this is through email, telephone or face-to-face meetings.
  • Ability to effectively manage retainers and projects in-house with our delivery team but also manage the expectations of the client.
  • Experience in account management, understanding how to build and maintain the trust of clients.
  • Commercial acumen, understanding the needs of our clients.
  • A desire to see our clients succeed.
  • A growth mindset – you’ll be aware of your strengths and weaknesses and willing to work on them.
  • A strong attention to detail.
