The Role
You’ll take ownership of day-to-day marketing execution across social media, content creation, and campaign support. You’ll be creating, delivering, and improving content across both B2C channels and wholesale partnerships. One day you might be supporting a campaign with a national wholesaler. The next, you’re creating content that people actually engage with, and sometimes buy from.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media & Content
- Plan and deliver consistent, high-quality content (copy, visuals, short-form video)
- Create content regularly and keep channels active and relevant
- Spot trends early and turn them into content that works for the brand
- Track performance and use it to improve what we do next
- Create and adapt marketing assets (banner ads, digital content, copy, campaign materials)
- Ensure websites and online content are accurate, up to date, and effective
- Work closely with internal teams to capture content across products, people, and customers
- Support co-branded campaigns and customer activations
- Support TikTok Shop activity and online product performance
- Track which content and products are driving engagement and sales
- Feed insights back into content and campaigns
- Contribute ideas to merchandise and product development based on what’s working
2–4+ years’ experience in marketing, social media, or content
