An opportunity has arisen for you to join our Electrical Department; supporting the administration and co-ordination of all projects, systems and departmental activities. Project management is at the heart of what we do so this role will require commercial acumen and strong organisational skills to support the implementation of cutting-edge technology projects for our global client base.

What you’ll do in the job role:

  • Develop, coordinate and maintain resource plans for equipment including HIL test rigs.
  • Administration of schedule plans for work by the Electrical manufacturing teams.
  • Maintain, administer and police systems of work for critical documentation including Software Releases.
  • Maintain plans and schedules for the development of test equipment and support tools.
  • Ensure that software release process documentation is delivered and up to date.
  • Manage customer orders for electrical / electronic components.
  • Escalate issues, process deviations and resource constraints ensuring they are tracked and communicated within the team.
  • Ensure confidentiality is maintained, for all aspects of this job role.

You’ll have:

  • Experience of working in a programme delivery environment.
  • Maintenance of timing and cost plans is essential.
  • Commercial awareness is essential.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and preferably Project is essential.
