As the General Manager, you will be the heart and soul of this historic 19th-century village pub. You will oversee all daily operations, including a busy seasonal food trade, live music events and community activities. Your primary goal is to maintain our stellar reputation as a welcoming hub for all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Building: Recruit, train, and inspire a passionate front-of-house and kitchen team to deliver top-tier customer service.
- Commercial Performance: Drive sales and manage profit and loss while maintaining the highest operational and food safety standards.
- Community & Events: Champion local engagement by hosting regular pub activities for the community.
- Remarkable Guest Experiences: Create a warm, "home-from-home" atmosphere for every guest and their four-legged friends.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in hospitality management, ideally as a General Manager or a strong Deputy Manager looking to step up.
