As Head Chef you will lead the kitchen team and work to maximise sales and profit, deliver every dish to the required specification with high standards of skill and knowledge, control all costs and ensure all areas of compliance are adhered to. Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth and successful running of your kitchen.
