This is a varied HR generalist position with a strong focus on employee relations, you will be supporting designated client groups across operational teams, while also contributing to wider departmental needs. The role offers exposure to all areas of the employee lifecycle, ER casework, and continuous process improvement.

Duties will include:

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, including senior leaders
  • Managing employee relations casework, ensuring fairness and consistency
  • Supporting managers with HR policies and guidance on best practice
  • Maintaining accurate HR system records and handling contractual changes
  • Supporting recruitment activities from job design to interviews
  • Assisting with reward processes including salary reviews and HR metrics
  • Contributing to learning and development programmes and inductions
  • Preparing employment contracts and ensuring compliance with pre-employment checks
  • Providing day-to-day HR support to staff and managers
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR practices and documentation

You will be an experienced HR generalist with sound knowledge of UK employment law and experience handling employee relations, recruitment, and policy guidance. CIPD qualification is desirable, and strong interpersonal, organisational and IT skills are essential. You’ll be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balances multiple priorities effectively, and enjoys building strong relationships across all levels.
