As Talent Acquisition Officer, you will be central to shaping recruitment across the organisation. You’ll lead on end-to-end recruitment, coordinate onboarding, and act as the HRIS system owner. Working closely with hiring managers and the People & Culture team, you’ll play a vital role in workforce planning, candidate experience, and supporting the broader HR agenda.

Duties will include:

  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from advertising and shortlisting through to onboarding
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand team needs and draft compelling job adverts
  • Acting as the first point of contact for applicants, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely feedback
  • Maintaining the Applicant Tracking System and supporting recruitment budget optimisation
  • Coordinating new starter processes, including contracts, pre-employment checks, and induction programmes
  • Overseeing the probation process and ensuring accurate HRIS data updates
  • Preparing reports and analysing recruitment metrics to improve hiring outcomes
  • Supporting general HR administration, audits, and ad hoc project delivery

About the Successful Applicant:

You will have solid experience in a busy recruitment or HR coordination role. Skilled in using ATS and HRIS systems, you bring a proactive approach, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with a range of stakeholders.
