I'm working with a growing Business Services organisation of around 150 employees globally.

With exciting international expansion and new overseas offices, it's a fantastic time to join.

You'll be part of a friendly HR team of four, working alongside an HR Business Partner, HR Advisor, HR Administrator and Payroll professional.

They're a supportive, collaborative team who enjoy helping each other and celebrating success.πŸŽ‡ About the Role This is a recruitment-led role with a mix of HR administration to keep things varied.

You'll coordinate hiring across the business while supporting the wider HR team in a fast-paced, growing environment.πŸ‘― Coordinate recruitment across multiple departments and international locations.

Manage vacancies from approval through to offer.

Liaise with recruitment agencies and hiring managers.

Arrange interviews and manage candidate communications.

Keep multiple recruitment campaigns running smoothly.

Support onboarding and deliver a great candidate experience.

Assist with HR administration, employee records and documentation.

Support the wider HR team with day-to-day activities.

Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes.

About You You'll have previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience, either in-house or within an agency.

You'll be organised, proactive, confident managing multiple vacancies and enjoy building strong relationships.
