Temporary HR Administrator – 3 Months Initially (poss. to perm) - Bracknell – Hybrid – £14.00 to £16.00 Per Hour + Holiday Pay
What you will do
- Supports onboarding of new hires and transfers, including contract preparation and background checks where applicable
- Collects required documentation in compliance with local legal requirements
- Maintains accurate records in the HRIS and ensures personnel files are up to date
- Verifies and processes new hire paperwork, coordinating with employees and managers
- Liaises with third-party benefit providers on renewals, administration, and billing discrepancies
- Provides general HR support to managers and HR partners
- Support with recruitment – resourcing, shortlisting and 1st round screening
- Performs other related duties as required
