Temporary HR Administrator – 3 Months Initially (poss. to perm) - Bracknell – Hybrid – £14.00 to £16.00 Per Hour + Holiday Pay

What you will do

  • Supports onboarding of new hires and transfers, including contract preparation and background checks where applicable
  • Collects required documentation in compliance with local legal requirements
  • Maintains accurate records in the HRIS and ensures personnel files are up to date
  • Verifies and processes new hire paperwork, coordinating with employees and managers
  • Liaises with third-party benefit providers on renewals, administration, and billing discrepancies
  • Provides general HR support to managers and HR partners
  • Support with recruitment – resourcing, shortlisting and 1st round screening
  • Performs other related duties as required
