This is a hands‑on HR Generalist role offering broad exposure across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts, benefits, and terminations. You’ll play a vital role in supporting both the UK and EMEA teams, helping to manage day‑to‑day operations, whilst also getting stuck into wider HR projects during a time of significant internal change.
Duties will include:
- Providing HR generalist support across the UK and occasionally EMEA
- Managing onboarding, offer letters, benefits, contract amendments, and leavers
- Supporting ongoing transformation, immigration processes, and HR project work
- Acting as a key point of contact for employees and line managers
- Helping to document workflows and improve HR processes
- Partnering with the wider UK HR team and HR Director
