A fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a dynamic team on a temporary basis. As Human Resources Advisor, you will deliver a full HR service, supporting everything from recruitment to employee wellbeing. This hands-on role will see you working closely with managers and staff alike, while also deputising for the Head of HR when needed.

Duties will include:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, including compliance checks and induction
  • Advising on employee relations matters and supporting the resolution of issues
  • Preparing payroll information and liaising with Finance on pensions and benefits
  • Driving wellbeing initiatives such as workshops and internal campaigns
  • Coordinating employee lifecycle processes including probation, absence, and annual reviews
  • Organising training logistics and maintaining training records
  • Maintaining accurate HR data and reporting on key HR metrics
  • Supporting the review and implementation of policies and procedures
  • Supervising HR volunteers and acting as first point of contact for HR queries

About the Successful Applicant:

Ideally, you will be CIPD Level 5 qualified with 3–5 years' experience in a generalist HR role. Strong employment law knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities are key. Confidence with Microsoft Office and HR systems is also essential.
