About the Job:
This is a hands-on standalone Talent Acquisition Partner role, responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment. You\’ll work closely with the CEO and senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs, shape recruitment strategies, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
Duties will include:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles across business functions
- Partnering with hiring managers to forecast needs and build robust hiring plans
- Advising on recruitment best practice, sourcing strategies, and market insights
- Building strong candidate pipelines through direct sourcing and talent pooling
- Ensuring a seamless and positive candidate journey from application to onboarding
- Supporting employer branding initiatives and process improvements
About the Successful Applicant:
You\’ll have 5+ years solid experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment. Strong stakeholder management, excellent sourcing skills, and a proactive, solution-focused mindset are essential.
