I have an exciting opportunity! I am currently supporting a tech organisation find a TA Partner to join their organisation, this role is 5 days onsite. This role is on the Victoria line.

This is a hands-on standalone Talent Acquisition Partner role, responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment. You\’ll work closely with the CEO and senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs, shape recruitment strategies, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.

Duties will include:

  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles across business functions
  • Partnering with hiring managers to forecast needs and build robust hiring plans
  • Advising on recruitment best practice, sourcing strategies, and market insights
  • Building strong candidate pipelines through direct sourcing and talent pooling
  • Ensuring a seamless and positive candidate journey from application to onboarding
  • Supporting employer branding initiatives and process improvements

About the Successful Applicant:
You\’ll have 5+ years solid experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment. Strong stakeholder management, excellent sourcing skills, and a proactive, solution-focused mindset are essential.
