Following significant expansion, the business is seeking a technically minded Financial Accountant to operate as the Number Two to the Group Financial Director in a highly visible and influential role.
This is a broad, hands-on opportunity within a scaling multi-entity environment, offering exposure to group reporting, consolidations, audit, forecasting support, process improvement and the integration of newly acquired businesses (Expected 3 x acquisitions per year).
Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll take ownership of the month-end close process, support group consolidation activities, review financial performance across multiple entities and help strengthen reporting structures as the business continues to evolve.
The successful candidate will be technically strong, organised and proactive, with the confidence to challenge figures, investigate anomalies and drive improvements across finance processes.
