You will have experience supporting transformation or reform programmes linked to legislative or operational change and be confident operating independently within a complex environment. Experience within unionised environments and supporting managers through sensitive change processes would be highly advantageous. We are particularly interested in candidates who understand the practical impact of social care reform and can quickly build credibility with managers and stakeholders.
