About the Job
This is a strategic Senior HR Business Partner position supporting UK & Ireland operations. You\’ll work closely with Area Managers, aligning people strategies to business goals and ensuring high standards across performance, development, and talent readiness. My client is looking for a candidate who has come from the Hospitality Sector and has strong Employment Law in a multi site organisation.
Duties will include:
- Partnering with Operations to embed a high-performing culture and deliver a consistent customer experience
- Supporting leadership teams with performance reviews, training needs analysis, and talent development
- Using data-driven HR dashboards to identify trends and implement people plans
- Leading initiatives around employee engagement, recognition, and workforce alignment
- Managing organisational change projects and ensuring effective people policies
- Acting as the main HR contact for Area Managers, providing accurate and timely support
- Strong knowledge of employment law, with proven experience in managing employee relations cases, liaising with ACAS, and preparing for or supporting employment tribunals.
- Defining and managing succession plans and talent pools for key operational roles
About the Successful Applicant
You will be an experienced HR professional coming from a hospitality background with a strong track record as a Business Partner and Employment Law, ideally in a multi-site or operational setting. CIPD qualified (or equivalent), you bring commercial acumen, excellent influencing skills, and the ability to drive people strategy while balancing day-to-day operational needs.
