About the Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be CIPD Level 7 qualified (or possess equivalent experience) and have significant experience operating as a HR Business Partner within a fast-paced operational environment. You will have strong employee relations expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, experience of organisational change and workforce planning, and the ability to combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach. Strong analytical, coaching and communication skills are essential. You would have worked for a similar size organisation of 500-600 employees.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior People Operations Business Partner to work closely with senior leadership teams, providing strategic and operational people support across the business. This role will play a key part in shaping workforce strategy, driving organisational change, enhancing employee experience and supporting the continued development of a high-performing culture.
Duties will include:
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to align people initiatives with business objectives.
- Providing expert advice on complex employee relations matters and organisational challenges.
- Supporting workforce planning, succession planning and talent development activities.
- Using people data and analytics to identify trends and support informed decision-making.
- Leading and supporting business change and transformation programmes.
- Assisting with organisational design reviews and restructuring activities where required.
- Working collaboratively with Learning & Development and Talent teams to deliver integrated people solutions.
- Promoting employee wellbeing, inclusion and engagement initiatives.
- Supporting the development of people strategies that encourage high performance and positive workplace culture.
- Coaching and guiding managers on performance management, absence management and employee development.
- Ensuring HR policies, procedures and practices remain compliant with employment legislation and best practice.
- Representing the wider People function in meetings, projects and leadership forums when required.
