About the Role An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join a busy finance team.

This role will play a key part in ensuring supplier payments, purchase ledger activities and banking transactions are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining compliance with company procedures.

The successful candidate will also contribute to process improvements and support the wider finance function.

Duties will include: Preparing purchase orders for a range of business services.

Processing supplier invoices, credit notes and related financial transactions.

Managing accruals and prepayments within the finance system.

Handling intercompany accounting entries and reconciliations.

Responding to supplier and internal stakeholder queries regarding invoices and payments.

Setting up new suppliers and maintaining accurate supplier records in line with compliance procedures.

Coordinating scheduled payment runs, including international and multi-currency payments.
