About the Job

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Management Accountant to join a busy finance team supporting UK and European operations.

This varied role offers responsibility for management reporting, financial analysis and business partnering within a complex international organisation.

This is a fully office-based position in Slough, working 9:00am–6:00pm to support collaboration with the US parent company.

Duties will include

  • Producing monthly management accounts and supporting financial reporting packs.
  • Preparing consolidated reporting across multiple UK and European entities.
  • Analysing financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
  • Completing balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting and cash flow reporting activities.
  • Managing intercompany accounting and reconciliations.
  • Monitoring capital expenditure and fixed asset reporting.
  • Assisting with VAT, statutory reporting and audit preparation.
  • Maintaining strong financial controls and supporting month-end processes.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve reporting processes and efficiencies.
  • About the Successful Applicant

You will be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, or an experienced part-qualified accountant, with previous experience within a complex multi-entity environment.

Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel knowledge and the ability to build relationships across international teams are essential.

You will be organised, adaptable and comfortable working in a fully office-based role.

You must have management accounting experience and advanced excel skills - these will be tested.
